2005-2009,中国科学技术大学,材料物理与化学专业,博士;

2011-2013,美国纽约市立大学,物理系,博士后。

2011-2012,杭州尚越光电科技有限企业,高级研发人员;

2013-2015,江苏宇天港玻新材料企业,高级研发顾问;

主要研究领域、方向:
1、太阳电池及光伏应用1)钙钛矿电池;2CIGS薄膜电池;3高效晶硅电池;4光伏应用技术。

2、光电材料与器件:1CSI新型光电材料;2量子点QLED3)钙钛矿PeLED

3、无机功能材料:1)磷石膏水泥缓凝剂2)水泥混凝土添加剂;3绿色建材产品开发4)无机功能薄膜及涂层

4、主讲《无机非金属材料工艺学》、《特种水泥》、《薄膜科学与技术》等本科及研究生课程。


研究成果(代表性成果):

开发出钙钛矿电池CVD气相沉积工艺技术,获专利授权,相关研究入选ESI高引论文;开发出钙钛矿叠层电池,研制出近20%高效光伏器件;制备出高效稳定的无机钙钛矿电池。

开发出CIGS纳米材料及墨水制备工艺,研制出高效柔性CIGS薄膜电池曾担任企业技术总监,研发出超声喷印工业化技术研制出等离子辅助PECVD硒化设备,设计出100MW大型CIGS电池生产线与企业合作开发高效晶硅太阳电池、磷石膏水泥缓凝剂、Low-E低辐射玻璃等产品,取得较好经济社会效益。目前已主持及参与科研项目20余项,在JPCLJMCAACS appl. Mat. Inter.CCJ. Power SourcesChem. Eng. J.JMCCSol. Energ. Mat. Sol. C.等发表论文40篇;申请发明专利21项,授权15项,含2项授权美国专利;参编教材3
